We define the core loop — the one thing the app does better than anything else. I'll give you an honest read on timeline and whether the idea is a 4-week build or an 8-week build.

50% deposit — build begins
I build in sessions and share testable builds throughout. You see real progress, not a big reveal at the end.
Typical timeline: 4–8 weeks depending on scope

Testable build delivered — 25% milestone payment
You get a working build on your device before anything is submitted. This is your chance to test, tweak, and approve before going public.

Launch — final 25% on approval
App Store submission, review management, and first-week monitoring. Google Play submission follows store account approval. You go live with support, not just a zip file.
